Shipping Policy

At Morillo Works, every part is designed, printed, and finished with care. Because of this, most items are made to order rather than pulled from pre-existing inventory.

 

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days

  • Custom or made-to-order items may take up to 7 business days

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped

 

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on your location and selected carrier:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package size and weight

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Delays & Issues

Morillo Works is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier first. If you need help, feel free to reach out and I’ll do my best to assist.

 

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not guaranteed for replacement or refund

  • If you notice an error, contact us immediately before the order ships

 

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
